This text contains the binding rules and conditions of the competition (hereinafter referred to as the "competition" or "rules").
The organizer and operator of the competition is Kidero Group s.r.o., Company ID: 24259331, with its registered office at Malobřevnovská 904/33, 16900 Praha 6 (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").
The competition takes place during the specific period indicated on the website goodio.net and via social media profiles on Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook.
The competition will be launched by the Operator through publication on the website goodio.net or on Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook at the date specified.
4.1. The prizes are always precisely defined in each individual competition. These may include, for example, a predetermined number of gift vouchers, discount coupons/codes for products, or specific predefined products from the e-shop’s offer, see goodio.net.
4.2. The evaluation of the competition, the determination of winners, and their order are decided by an expert jury appointed by the Operator. The jury will evaluate the received answers/posts/reactions/comments from participants according to the competition assignment and from all or selected competition channels, checking whether the competition question was correctly answered and whether all conditions for valid participation were met. From all participants who met these conditions, the jury will select a predetermined number of winners who will receive the announced prize. The jury will consider, in particular, the originality of the submitted entries and their relevance to the competition question, as well as other aspects (depending on the specific competition conditions).
5.1. The competition is open to any legally competent individual over the age of 18 with a delivery address within the Czech Republic who meets these rules (hereinafter referred to as the “participant”). Persons under 18 or with limited legal capacity may participate only with the consent of their legal guardian.
5.2. If the competition takes place on Instagram/Facebook/other social networks, participants must have a personal profile and comply with the terms of use of the respective network.
5.3. Participants enter the competition by answering the competition question or fulfilling other defined conditions stated in each specific competition, either via the website goodio.net or via Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook.
5.4. By entering the competition, the participant confirms knowledge and acceptance of these rules.
5.6. The Operator is entitled to exclude entries that:
The Operator decides whether the conditions have been met. The Operator reserves the right to exclude any user entry without giving a reason.
6.1. The condition for obtaining any prize is compliance with these rules. The Operator is entitled to modify or change the Rules during the competition. Prizes are not legally enforceable. Prizes cannot be transferred to another person, exchanged for cash, or replaced by any other item.
6.2. Winners will be informed of their prize within 10 working days after the competition ends, via a direct message on Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook. Winners will be asked to contact the Operator to agree on the method of receiving the prize. If the winner does not arrange for the prize collection within 10 working days from notification, their claim to the prize expires and the prize will not be awarded. If it is not possible to award all prizes or if the winner fails to collect their prize within one month after being notified, the right to the prize expires and the prize will not be awarded. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
7.1. By entering the competition, participants consent to the Operator processing and storing their personal data for a period of 5 years for the purpose of prize delivery, resolving issues related to competition participation, and for the Operator’s marketing activities, especially for publishing participants’ names and responses in print and online media. Consent is granted pursuant to the EU General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 (“GDPR”). The personal data processed include name, surname, address, phone number, and other data provided during the competition. Providing data is voluntary but is a condition for participation in the event of winning. The data controller is the Operator. Personal data may be provided to external contractors providing services related to competitions, marketing, promotion, or message and parcel delivery.
7.2. Participants have the right to withdraw their consent to personal data processing by submitting a written request to the Operator’s registered address or by email. Deleting a competition post by the participant is also considered a withdrawal of consent. The withdrawal becomes effective upon receipt and processing by the Operator (processing may take up to 30 days). Withdrawing consent during the competition or before prize delivery will result in exclusion from the competition. The withdrawal does not affect the legality of prior processing or processing for compliance purposes in the case of winners. Under applicable data protection laws (especially GDPR), participants have the right to access their personal data, request correction, obtain their data and transfer them to another controller, object to processing, request restriction or deletion of data, and file a complaint with the supervisory authority (Office for Personal Data Protection, www.uoou.cz). 7.3. By participating, the participant consents to the Operator publishing their competition entry and Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook profile (name, surname, and optionally city) in the media, in print or electronic form, on the Operator’s website, and on its social media pages, in connection with this competition, especially for announcing winners and for promotional purposes.
8.1. By participating, the participant agrees to these competition rules and undertakes to comply with them and not to violate Czech law or the legitimate interests of the Operator.
8.2. The Operator is not liable for any technical issues related to participation in the competition.
8.3. The Operator reserves the right to make decisions in all matters related to the organization of the competition, including amending the rules, suspending, interrupting, or prematurely terminating the competition, or excluding participants without compensation, especially in case of rule violations or suspected breaches. This decision can be made at any time until the prizes are handed over.
8.4. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, managed, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok. The participant provides their information to the Operator, not to Meta Platforms, Inc. or ByteDance Ltd.

8.6. These rules are valid and effective from October 1, 2025.
