The SkyRC e680 charger enables charging and discharging of LiPo, Li-Ion, LiFe, NiCd, NiMH, and Pb batteries, as well as new-generation LiHV batteries with a terminal voltage of 4.35 V. The device can charge batteries with up to 80 W power and up to 8 A charging current. In addition, the charger features battery voltage and internal resistance measurement, cold-weather charging, a power supply function, an efficient cooling system, and more.
The SkyRC e680 charger has a built-in DC power supply that provides an output voltage of 13.8 V with power from 10 W to 80 W. This feature is especially useful for drivers who want to power their DC devices such as a tire warmer, workshop lamp, etc.
The SkyRC e680 can charge gel batteries and batteries made with AGM technology. The charger can also charge Pb batteries at very low temperatures.
Internal battery reactions cause its temperature to rise. Once the temperature reaches a preset level, the charging/discharging process is interrupted. This function is available when the device is paired with an optional temperature sensor, which can be purchased separately here.
A high-speed, temperature-sensor-controlled fan (8,000 rpm) enables efficient airflow to the aluminum heat sink, effectively cooling the device.
