AXAGON HDMI to VGA Adapter allows connection of older VGA monitors, TVs, or projectors to modern devices with HDMI output. It is compatible with Xbox, PlayStation, and others.
This active adapter enables video transmission up to 1920x1200 resolution (WUXGA) at a 60 Hz refresh rate. Thanks to its innovative design, it provides high-quality, sharp images. It is one-way – HDMI to VGA, not for reverse conversion.
The adapter includes a stereo output (3.5 mm jack) for connecting headphones or active speakers, with the possibility to set sampling rates of 32 / 44.1 / 48 kHz at 16 or 24 bits. Thanks to the microUSB connector, the adapter can be powered even with low-power output devices like Raspberry Pi and Apple TV.
Supports all major operating systems including MS Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, and Android. It is purely a hardware adapter, no drivers required.
