The Mitsu brand charger is equipped with protections against overvoltage, overheating, overload, and overcharging, ensuring safe use in any situation. Quality control of manufacturing includes the following tests:
- Temperature resistance test, which examines the effect of high and low temperatures on the safety circuits and electrical parameters of the charger.
- Electrical test, during which the correctness of electrical connections between individual components of the charger is checked.
- Short-circuit and overvoltage test, during which the response of the charger's protective circuits to simulated shorts and sudden increases in voltage is tested.
- Final test, which checks the level of output voltage of the charger under a constant load lasting one hour.
This charger is compatible with notebooks if its parameters meet the following criteria:
- Charger voltage 5-20V (INPUT/OUTPUT on the own notebook), with a tolerance of up to 0.5V.
- Current value 2.25A, which should be the same or less than the current value specified on the notebook or original adapter.
- USB-C connector, which should match the size of the original connector.
