A multifunctional 3-in-1 granite roasting pan for baking, braising, and frying, with a 7 l capacity. It includes a grill pan that also serves as a lid and a heat-resistant glass lid with a dispenser. The durable cast aluminium body with a non-stick double granite PFLUON GRANIT coating allows cooking with minimal fat and retains heat excellently. Suitable for gas, electric, ceramic, and induction hobs, oven-safe up to 230 °C (up to 200 °C with the glass lid), and dishwasher safe.
