The FNIRSI WMT-10 moisture meter uses a highly sensitive electromagnetic wave sensor that enables non-invasive moisture measurement up to a depth of 17 mm. The device does not need to be inserted into the material, making it suitable even for finished surfaces, furniture, plaster, or floors where it is important to keep the surface undamaged.
For more precise results, it offers four operating modes: softwood, hardwood, masonry, and plaster / concrete. Each mode is adapted to a specific material, such as spruce, beech, oak, brick, stone, concrete, gypsum, or cement. The measuring range reaches up to 75%, and the 0.1% resolution helps quickly detect moisture during construction, renovation, and carpentry work.
Practical features include a sound and light alarm when limits are exceeded, a HOLD function to freeze the measured value, and memory for up to 30 measurements. The ergonomic body with an anti-slip finish is comfortable to hold, the built-in 1000 mAh battery charges via USB-C, and automatic shutdown after 5, 10, or 15 minutes saves energy.
