This CEE 16A 5P to Schuko 230 V adapter is designed for situations where only an industrial three-phase socket is available, but you need to power standard single-phase 230 V equipment. The adapter does not increase the installation’s power capacity; it only safely converts the connection type from CEE 16A 400 V to a standard Schuko 230 V output.
