The Cold Steel San Mai Tai Pan tactical dagger is inspired by the tradition of Japanese sword making and uses a modern laminated blade construction. The core is made of hard carbon steel based on VG-10, while the side layers of tougher stainless steel increase durability and reliability during demanding use.
The sturdy double-edged blade, 19 cm long, runs through the entire knife thanks to its full tang construction, ensuring high strength and stability. The steel guard protects the hand during use, and the pommel includes a lanyard hole.
The handle, made from black Long Kray-Ex with anti-slip texturing, provides a secure and comfortable grip even in demanding conditions. The package includes a practical Secure-Ex sheath for safe carrying and storage of the knife.
