The Cold Steel Kiridashi is based on a proven Japanese tool whose name means “to cut out.” Thanks to its small size, low weight, and practical shape, it is an excellent EDC pocket knife for everyday use at home, in the workshop, and on the go.
The Sheepsfoot blade with a plain edge is made from 4034 stainless steel and features a stonewash finish that helps conceal minor signs of use. Opening is made easier by an ambidextrous thumb stud, so the knife can be comfortably operated by both right- and left-handed users.
Safety during work is ensured by the robust Tri-Ad Lock, which prevents the blade from closing unintentionally even during extended use. The Griv-Ex handle is weather-resistant and fits well in the hand. A practical pocket clip allows ambidextrous carry.
