The Taidea sharpening stone is made of synthetic corundum, also known as aluminum oxide, which ensures high durability and a long service life. Thanks to two sides with different grits, you can easily restore the edge and then finely smooth it for a more precise cut.
The coarser 600 grit side is suitable for basic sharpening and restoring a dull edge, while the finer 2000 grit side is used for finishing and polishing. The stone can be used with water or oil, making it a versatile tool for the home, workshop, and garden.
It is suitable for sharpening kitchen knives, regular knives, woodworking tools, and gardening tools. It is not intended for ceramic knives.
