The FNIRSI GD-02 detector is designed for reliable detection of combustible gases such as methane (CH₄), propane (C₃H₈), isobutane, LPG, and natural gas. It is useful for checking gas installations, around stoves, water heaters, boilers, fireplaces, LPG cylinders, and in RVs/campervans. Thanks to its fast response, it provides information almost immediately and helps identify risks in time.
The large 2.0" IPS display shows readings in PPM and % LEL and also provides temperature information. A key advantage is the real-time concentration trend graph, which makes it easier to locate a leak and monitor how the situation develops. For work in low-light conditions, there is a LED flashlight and switching between day and night modes.
The flexible 36 cm probe with 360° rotation enables measurements in gaps, corners, and behind appliances. Safety is enhanced by the triple alarm and the option to store up to 30 alarm data records. The built-in 1500 mAh Li-ion battery, together with auto power-off, helps maintain long operating time. The device also supports firmware updates when connected to a computer.
