The Uni-T UT512D is an advanced high-voltage insulation resistance tester designed for installation work, inspections, and maintenance of electrical equipment. Thanks to selectable test-voltage levels, you can easily tailor the measurement to the specific application—from standard installations to more demanding industrial systems.
For insulation condition diagnostics, the instrument supports calculations of the Polarization Index (PI) and the Dielectric Absorption Ratio (DAR), helping you detect insulation degradation more quickly and prevent failures. Safety during work is enhanced by automatic discharge and a high-voltage alarm after the test is completed.
Measured values can be saved to internal memory and then transferred to a computer via USB for archiving and service documentation.
