The Forge-series Santoku is a multipurpose knife for fast and precise work in the kitchen. Thanks to its wide blade, it is excellent for slicing, chopping, and transferring ingredients from the cutting board. The full-tang construction (the blade runs through the entire knife) contributes to strength and stability in use.
The blade made of stainless chromium-molybdenum-vanadium steel X50CrMoV15 offers good durability and easy maintenance. The ABS synthetic handle is secured with three stainless-steel rivets for long service life.
Care recommendation: the knife is not dishwasher safe—to preserve the edge and appearance, we recommend hand washing and immediate drying.
