This HDMI over IP extender is ideal for AV installations, businesses, meeting rooms, and home theaters. In a point-to-point connection, it transmits video and audio in 4K/60 Hz up to 200 meters via a CAT6 (or higher) cable. For larger projects, you can use an existing 1G network infrastructure and transmit the signal through network switches, including cascading to extend the range.
The system supports point-to-multipoint mode for up to 253 receivers, making it suitable for distributing a signal to multiple displays. Thanks to the integrated IR interface, the signal source can be controlled from the output side (at the display). The device is also suitable for wall mounting, saving space in the installation.
