Shelly Wave i4 LR does not include a relay – it is a module that detects presses of buttons and switches and triggers actions in the Z-Wave network accordingly. Thanks to installation behind the existing switch, you keep the original look of the installation while adding modern smart control of lights, blinds, sockets, or scenes.
The Multi-click function allows you to assign up to 4 different actions to each of the 4 inputs – for a total of up to 16 control actions. With a single button you can trigger complex automations without needing to pull out your phone. For configuration and scene creation, a compatible Z-Wave gateway is required (for Long Range mode, a ZWLR gateway).
