The HMS massage hula hoop is a smart foldable hoop made up of segments with an inner rail in which a bearing-mounted anchor moves. Attached to the anchor is a 300 g rotating weight on an adjustable cord—by changing the cord length you adjust the centrifugal force and thus the training intensity. The hoop is suitable for a wide range of waist circumferences, so you can easily tailor it to fit.
The inner side of the hoop is equipped with massage pads that pleasantly massage the waist area during exercise. Regular training supports core strengthening, engages deep abdominal muscles, and helps increase energy expenditure.
The package also includes a neoprene slimming belt with a hook-and-loop (Velcro) closure. It adheres to the body, reduces skin cooling, and thanks to increased temperature around the waist it promotes sweating. The inner mesh helps wick away sweat and ensures better wearing comfort.
