Instructions for Use:

1. Heat water to near boiling temperature.
2. Submerge the guard vertically in the hot water for 20-30 seconds until it becomes more transparent.
3. Remove the guard and check with your fingers to ensure it is not too hot.
4. Place the guard in your mouth, covering the entire dental arch.
5. Press the guard using your fingers, cheeks, and tongue for 1-2 minutes while simultaneously drawing out any water.
6. Remove the guard and cool it under cold running water for about 1 minute.
7. Optionally, trim the guard for comfortable use.
8. If the guard cools too much or its walls stick together, reheat it to adjust.

Note: Do not consume food or hot beverages while wearing the guard.
