After connecting the product to the computer, the eject button didn't work at first, and when I finally managed to eject it and insert a DVD, the product couldn't read it. So after the initial hassle with the tray came more disappointment with the reader not working. I tried inserting DVDs repeatedly; maybe once in fifty attempts it managed to read it briefly.

The product arrived non-functional.
