Heats up quickly and is great to use, I definitely recommend buying it. I have about average-thick hair, but I also tried it on thick hair and the curls stayed beautiful for three days. It was also quite quick to curl, and I tried it on a girl with hair down to her shoulder blades, and very thick on top of that. So I recommend it, 10/10.
