The DGS-1100 switch GUI enables easy management of Layer 2 features such as VLANs, Spanning Tree Protocol (STP), and static link aggregation. With robust security features like IGMP snooping, Static MAC, and Storm Control, the DGS-1100 family is a versatile tool for environments that require uncomplicated deployments and hassle-free configuration without unnecessary complexity.
Easy deployment and management
D-Link’s free Network Assistant (DNA) provides information on all connected devices and speeds up initial configuration. The free D-View 7 network management system comes with a license for 25 nodes and 2 probes and includes full access to management tools. Optional license upgrades enable expanded network and analytics capabilities.
Simple troubleshooting
With loop detection and cable diagnostics, the DGS-1100 switch family effectively supports administrators in resolving network issues. Loop detection identifies loops on a port and automatically shuts them down.
Cable diagnostics allow testing the quality of copper cabling, recognizing cable types, and detecting faults.
