The basic J506 electrodes are a proven choice for universal workshop and assembly work. They provide high weld strength (approx. 480 MPa), good controllability, and a clean weld with minimal spatter. Ideal for thin sheets and precise tacking across a wide range of applications.
Thanks to their 2.5 mm diameter and 300 mm length, they ensure stable ignition and arc guidance in most welding positions (except vertical down). The basic coating ensures low hydrogen content and high mechanical properties of the weld metal.
