Marimex Chlor Shock is fast-acting pool chemistry that briefly and significantly increases the concentration of active chlorine (up to 10 mg/l) and helps reliably eliminate algae, bacteria, and viruses. Ideal as a chlorine shock when water quality worsens due to dust, wind, or rain.
Chlor Shock from Marimex is used for quick restoration of pool water when cloudiness or algae appear, or when intensive disinfection is needed. Within approximately 24 hours, it can significantly raise the chlorine level and effectively acts against the most common unwanted microorganisms in the pool.
For proper and safe use, we recommend regularly measuring water values with a test kit—especially pH and active chlorine. The optimal long-term chlorine content in the water should be between 0.3–0.6 mg/l.
