The ProStar Profi 4 sand filter works on the principle of natural filtration: water passes through a layer of silica sand, which captures even fine dirt, and only clean, filtered water returns to the pool. To maintain maximum efficiency, regular backwashing is recommended—ideally at least once a week.
The filtration system consists of a filter tank with a capacity of up to 20 kg of sand media, made of high-quality, seamless polypropylene (PP) that resists corrosion and commonly used pool chemicals. It also includes a pressure gauge, a drain valve, built-in tank components, and an easy-to-use 6-way valve integrated into the lid. The 250 W pump is mounted on a plastic base for stable installation at the mounting location.

The filter is supplied as standard without filter sand and hoses. If you do not have them, we recommend purchasing them together with the filtration unit.
