The Walachia Stable construction kit from the HOBBY KITS range offers creative building of a traditional timber-framed structure. The main components are precisely crafted pine beams with a cross-section of 9 × 9 mm, which form the timber-framed walls. The roofs, gables, galleries and terraces are made of 3 mm plywood and finished with paper prints.
The model includes functional cardboard windows and doors with film glazing. The package contains a schematic assembly plan and an easy-to-understand illustrated instruction manual with symbols for the individual steps. The instructions also include short chapters devoted to construction and the history of folk architecture.
